How do my 21 free credits work?
When you first open Ally Lama, you receive 21 free messages. Each message you send uses one credit. Once your credits are used, you can upgrade to an unlimited subscription to continue chatting.
Are my conversations private?
Yes, completely. All your conversations are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, access, or store your chat history on any server. Deleting the app removes all conversation data.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is Ally Lama suitable for children?
Ally Lama is designed to be safe and appropriate for users aged 13 and over. The content is focused on wisdom, wellbeing, and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.
What scriptures and wisdom does Ally Lama draw from?
Ally Lama draws from a broad range of ancient wisdom traditions including Buddhist teachings, the Bhagavad Gita, Stoic philosophy, and other foundational texts of human thought and spirituality.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the Ally Lama app, go to Settings → Account → Erase My Account. This permanently deletes your account, all saved chats, and all stored settings from our systems immediately.
